Jeannie Cisneros, Executive Vice President, is based in San Antonio and brings more than 27 years of diverse management, operations and marketing experience in the engineering and construction industry. Jeannie’s previous national and regional expertise working with mega-firms such as Stantec, Jacobs, HDR and CH2MHILL includes leading client service management, pursuit strategy for complex, multi-million/billion-dollar design and construction programs and projects for clients such as the City of Houston, City of Austin, City of San Antonio, City of Dallas, Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD), and San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC).
As Executive Vice President, Jeannie’s focus confirms exceptional client service, operational excellence and growth of Mbroh’s municipal and transportation footprint through client-focused relationship building in collaboration with technical staff.
Prior to joining the A/E industry, Jeannie’s State of Texas experience includes serving as Director of Trade and International Relations for the Texas Department of Economic Development (TDEC) and in that role as a liaison to Governor George W. Bush’s administration. Jeannie also served as Director of Border Planning and Information for the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) as a liaison to Governor Ann Richards’ administration on matters relating to the Economically Distressed Areas Program (EDAP). Both positions involved informing members of the Texas State Legislature regarding policy development, funding and implementation issues affecting TDEC and TWDB programs.
