Trash Bags and Team Spirit: Mbroh Joins TRWD’s Trash Bash Cleanup
Members of the Mbroh Dallas team took to the Trinity River in Fort Worth as part of Tarrant Regional Water District’s (TRWD) Trash Bash event on Saturday, April 26.
TRWD’s Trash Bash is an annual event promoting cleanup of parks and local waterways around Fort Worth. Historically the event has seen more than 500 tons of garbage removed near bodies of water like Marine Creek Lake, Richland-Chambers Reservoir, Lake Bridgeport and the Trinity River.
With trash bags and grabbers in hand, the Mbroh team walked the trail around Quanah Parker Park collecting various trash ranging from candy wrappers to large cardboard boxes among the fields, trees and river banks.
The event is part of Mbroh’s lifelong culture of supporting civic involvement and volunteerism amongst its staff and leadership.
