Mbroh’s Mid-Year Workshop Charts Path Forward for 2025
Mbroh’s engineering team held a three-day, mid-level retreat and strategic business workshop at Mbroh’s corporate retreat center near Sherman, Texas. The workshop was designed to be a transformative professional opportunity to step back, collaborate and continue to shape the company’s growth on engineering projects.
Taking place Tuesday, July 22 through Thursday, July 24, the business retreat focused on impactful topics like team building, production, process improvement and professional development. The environment and format were meant to spark new ideas, strengthen relationships and recharge the team to continue to work hard through the second half of 2025.
