Mbroh operates with a strong sense of collaboration and shared responsibility, with teamwork that focuses on rehabilitating critical infrastructure and producing thoughtful designs. In October 2021, Governor Abbott appointed Anthony to the Board of the Brazos River Authority. This significant appointment expands Tony’s professional service and underscores his commitment to Texas’ long-term prosperity. Thank you, Tony, for all you do!
Shannon Looper, CSPO, CSM, Senior Automation Specialist and IT Administrator is marking his seventh year with Mbroh. His extensive experience includes SCADA design and integration, control system startup and resident SCADA inspection. He has worked on systems from the sensor level to integration with Enterprise systems and provides our clients with best-in-class support. Congratulations, Shannon!

Brooks has extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning and operations management in infrastructure development for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers water management business lines.
