August 17, 2026 marks 20 years since Mbroh Engineering, Inc. got its start in the wastewater engineering world. Founded by CEO and President Anthony Mbroh, PE, Mbroh started out as a single office in Dallas focused on instrumentation and SCADA services for water and wastewater treatment plants.
Now in its 20th year, the company has added offices in Houston and Oklahoma City. Mbroh’s scope of work has also expanded to include electrical engineering, instrumentation and controls (l&C), construction management and inspection (CM&I), commercial mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP), and transportation services.
The company has seen express growth within the last two years in the transportation and construction management/inspection sectors, further supported by numerous award-winning projects for electrical and l&C services. Today, Mbroh boasts a small-but-strong team that continues to grow, numbering 40 employees across its offices plus a dedicated staff of 15+ construction management professionals. The continued dedication of Mbroh’s team remains focused on delivering large-firm quality with a small-firm feel with one unified goal: Giving our Clients the Power to Deliver.

A Message from Our President, Tony Mbroh
Twenty years ago, I stepped into entrepreneurship as a young engineer with a vision, a lot of determination, and more lessons ahead of me than I could have ever imagined. I was simply trying to find my footing while serving public works and municipal clients and learning what it truly meant to build something that lasts.
This year, as we celebrate 20 years of Mbroh Engineering, I am incredibly humbled by how far the journey has taken us. Over time, we have grown into a multidisciplinary firm supporting electrical engineering, instrumentation and controls, SCADA, transportation infrastructure, and construction management and inspection services across Texas and Oklahoma.
The part I am most proud of is not the growth, but the people. The Mbroh team is made up of a diverse group of professionals who care deeply about their craft, their clients, and each other. We have been blessed to partner with outstanding clients, colleagues, and industry friends who trusted us, challenged us, and helped shape who we are today.
To everyone who has played a role in this journey, whether as a teammate, client, mentor, partner, or supporter, thank you. Your belief in us made this milestone possible.
I am grateful for the past, proud of our team today, and excited about what the future holds as we continue to grow, serve, and create opportunities for the next generation.

Celebrating Our Culture
As a company, Mbroh supports civic involvement and volunteerism amongst its staff and leadership. Our professionals volunteer together in the community, and many are also involved in mentoring and educational programs for young scholars. Our offices across Texas and Oklahoma also participate in monthly team building outings and celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries together.
