Numerous employees received awards at our Annual Holiday Parties in December 2024 for their years of service to the company, outstanding efforts by office and technical expertise. Tenure Awards
Mbroh Engineering recognizes employees for their years of service in five-year increments. Each of the following recipients received a trophy for their dedicated service to the company:
Alexander Nizov, PE, 15 years of service
Hossein Targhi, 5 years of service
Hans Poures, PE, 5 years of service
Outstanding Team Member Awards
This award recognized team members from each office and our field offices for their outstanding contributions related to teamwork, positive attitude, willingness to help and “go the extra mile.” Each recipient received a trophy and check from Mbroh Engineering.
Nichelle Staes, PMP – Houston Office
- Nichelle joined our team earlier this year and proved to be a powerhouse for the Houston office right from the start. She keeps so much running on daily basis for operations and technical efforts. Her fellow team members noted that the office environment improved under her direction of efficient organization and coordination of office activities. She is also such a positive team player in managing and completing technical documents and reports. Nichelle is always willing to help with a smile on her face, and for her positive attitude and so much more, we applaud her for an outstanding year! Congratulations Nichelle!
Will Dossier – Oklahoma City Office
- Will was nominated by team members for numerous attributes, including teamwork, positive attitude, willingness to help, working together with office colleagues and going the “extra mile.” He is always assisting and encouraging others, going “above and beyond” to complete projects on behalf of clients and accept extra work to help his colleagues. He has been an outstanding team member since the time he joined the Mbroh Team in November 2023. Thank you for all you do Will, we appreciate you!
Olga Matvienko – Dallas Office
- Olga is a valuable member of our engineering team, and she is always listening and learning to implement the correct approach on projects. She is a positive teammate, always smiling and having fun at employee events and lunches. As Olga grows in her career, we are grateful she’s a part of our team, to bring her contributions and positive energy each day. Congratulations Olga, you’re very deserving of this award and keep up the outstanding work!
Josh Roach – Dallas Office
- Josh is an avid learner and worker, eager to earn his engineering degree and Professional Engineering license. He has implemented numerous software tools that benefit Mbroh internally and deliver value to our clients and teaming partners externally. His work extends from our engineering team to contributions in our administration/operations. We appreciate all you do Josh and you’re an attribute to so many areas of our company. Congratulations!
Most Well-Rounded Professional Awards
This award recognizes an individual who stepped outside of his/her work duties and exemplified an attitude to support others through listening, coaching, collaborating and participating in activities outside the office such as community service, industry presentations/activities and education/mentoring programs.
Hans Poures, PE – Hans received numerous nominations from staff members across Mbroh. This year in particular, but also every year, Hans is an outstanding team member. For his efforts this year, he has gone above and beyond in his ability to manage technical efforts and projects on behalf of our clients. We truly appreciate what he has done in the Houston region on behalf of our office and our clients. He is such a hard worker and strives to meet all client requirements on deliverables on schedule. He carries a heavy workload but is still willing to take on additional tasks or help fellow team members. Hans also takes time to train and mentor his employees so they can better perform their jobs. Hans, you are truly a dedicated engineering professional who stands out across our team. For your commitment to the industry and Mbroh as a company, and your attention to listening, coaching and collaborating, we applaud you for your hard work.
