#EngineersWeek Day 5: The Future of Safety and Security with the Dallas Water Utilities Project
EngineersWeek continues! Today we’re talking about our award-winning project with Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) – the Wastewater Facilities Safety and Security Improvements Project – and how Mbroh strove to DesignYourFuture in safety and security.
This project was awarded the gold medal, the top honor, from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Texas chapter in November 2024. It included physical security improvements at five DWU wastewater locations for a total of 336 security assets across multiple sites.
Led by Instrumentation & Controls Lead Professional Roger Williamson, PE, the Mbroh team provided improvements to security cameras, card readers, access controllers, servers, workstations, networking and more.
