Mbroh Dallas Joins TAWWA White Rock Lake Cleanup Event
In the spirit of Mbroh’s commitment to supporting local communities through volunteerism, members of Mbroh’s Dallas team joined up with members of the North Central Texas chapter of Texas American Water Works Association (TAWWA) to clean up near White Rock Lake in Dallas on Saturday, May 9.
The event was sponsored by the chapter’s Young Professionals Committee as part of ongoing efforts to beautify areas near White Rock Lake. Multiple companies, teams and volunteers around North Texas also join together every month for the “Second Saturday Shoreline Spruce Up,” an effort created by the nonprofit organization For the Love of the Lake. The organization also sponsors a shoreline adoption program and “stream team” that gathers information about the quality of Texas water resources.
