Mbroh Graduates from TxDOT DRIVE Program
Mbroh celebrated the company’s graduation from the Diverse Relationships for Informative Value Exchange (DRIVE) Program on Wednesday, Aug. 12, in Austin, Texas, as part of the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) 2024-2026 class.
The DRIVE Program matches TxDOT established engineering firms with mentee firms and Small/Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (S/W/D/BEs) in order to guide them through the process of attaining future TxDOT work. Mbroh was a mentee to multidisciplinary engineering firm Ardurra.
Brian Barth, TxDOT’s Deputy Executive Director for Program Delivery, delivered a key note address restating the goals of the program and advising all graduating firms to continue to build industry relationships. The TxDOT PEPS program also gave graduation plaques to the nine attending mentee firms.
Although Mbroh has officially graduated from the program, its employees look forward to continuing to learn from mentor and mentee firms alike while continuing its growth in the industry.
