Mbroh Leadership Attend TWA Annual Conference in Austin

Mbroh President and CEO Tony Mbroh alongside James “Brooks” Schultze, COO, recently attended the Texas Water Association’s (TWA) annual conference in Austin, TX from March 5 to March 7.

Formerly Texas Water Conservation Association (TWCA), TWA hosted water engineering companies around Texas for three days of programs, speakers and networking opportunities. The conference featured discussions on environmental safety and planning, board meetings and studies on economic impacts.

Keynote speakers included Texas Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Aaron Demerson; House Natural Resources Committee Chair Rep. Cody Harris; Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Commissioner Catarina Gonzales; Senate Committee on Water, Agriculture, and Rural Affairs Chair Sen. Charles Perry; and Texas Water Development Board Director Tonya Miller.

Tony and Brooks had the opportunity to meet with several engineering professionals across the state, including Yvonne Rivera, PE, senior project manager at Gannett-Fleming; Chris Canonico, partner at Ardurra Group; Gary Westbrook, general manager at Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD); and Wayne Wilson, director at Brazos River Authority.
