Mbroh to Sponsor & Play in Inaugural WEAT NTX Pickleball Tournament
The inaugural Walter Chiang Memorial Pickleball Tournament, honoring Walter Chiang’s 50-year career and lasting legacy, is a recreational tournament that brings together players of all ages and skill levels for a day of friendly competition and camaraderie on the pickleball courts. This tournament draws enthusiasts and professionals from across the community to support a great cause: the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) Scholarship Funds and Endowments.
Mbroh is proud to sponsor this WEAT North Texas (NTX) event and honor Walter Chiang’s legacy through our ongoing commitment to education. President and CEO Anthony Mbroh, PE, looks forward to stepping onto the court with Stantec Vice President Amy Campbell, ENV SP, PMP.
Proceeds from this exciting pairing of pickleball prowess will benefit WEAT scholarship funds and endowments, including the Walter Chiang Memorial Scholarship and the WEAT Young Professionals’ state fund and scholarships for underserved youth to attend science and engineering summer camps.
