Mbroh’s Houston Offices Donates to Children’s Charity
The Mbroh Houston office recently wrapped up an extended charity drive benefiting BEAR: Be a Resource, a Harris County charity benefiting the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) and Harris County Resources for Children and Adults.
The “BEAR Necessities” drive’s goal is to “provide comfort and normalcy for children during uncertain times,” according to the charity’s website. Donors can send critically needed care items like toiletries, clothes, toys and books to their “BEAR room” which provides approximately 3,000 abused, neglected, and at-risk children with essential items.
Mbroh reached out on LinkedIn to source donations for the cause and collected diapers, travel bags, clothes, toiletries and self-care goods from people around the Houston area. To all our staff members who contributed, thank you!
