Mbroh’s Houston Team Attends Contracts Connect Networking Event by Houston Public Works
Mbroh’s Houston team rolled out the orange tablecloth for the Contracts Connect networking event in Houston last week. The sold-out event by Houston Public Works was held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston for the 17th year.
Contracts Connect’s purpose is to foster connections between leading engineering consulting firms, construction companies, and small, minority and women-owned business in engineering, design and civil construction. The kickoff event, a lunch program held by Houston Public Works, featured Chief Financial Officer Samir Solanki, Chief Operating Officer Randy Macchi and Interim Director of the City of Houston Office of Business Opportunity Cylenthia Hoyrd. Following the lunch were breakout sessions featuring entities like Harris Health, Coastal Water Authority, Houston Airport Systems, McCarthy, and the Office of Business Opportunity and the Capital Projects department within the City of Houston.
At Mbroh’s table, the team took turns educating others about Mbroh’s mission and scope of work. We always look forward to opportunities that foster interaction with fellow professionals in the industry!
