North Texas Commission Celebrates Immigrant Heritage Month, Interviews Tony Mbroh
The North Texas Commission (NTC) featured Tony Mbroh in its first article to celebrate Immigrant Heritage Month in June 2022. NTC created the series to highlight stories and experiences of NTC members who have immigrated to America.
When he was seven years old, Tony Mbroh, PE, NTC Board Member and President of Mbroh Engineering, immigrated from the Republic of Ghana in the region of West Africa to Oklahoma. The Q&A interview features Tony’s early hopes as a young immigrant and his challenges and successes as a professional engineer and businessman.
Since founding Mbroh Engineering in 2006, Tony has built an enormously diverse team of educated professionals who understand and embrace the power of diversity. Over half of Mbroh’s staff members come from unique countries of origin or race. Together, our diverse teams work together and learn from one another, all bringing different strengths to the table as a successful, collaborative company.
