NTX WEAT Opstoberfest Recap: Grillin’ and Chillin’ at 15th Annual Cook-off in Arlington
On Friday, October 15, 2022, Mbroh’s Dallas office participated in North Texas’ Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) Opstoberfest Event. Participants Roger Williamson, Matt Koller, Shannon Looper, Tony Mbroh and Sara DeMark spent the day onsite with fellow partnering firms (AKA cook-off competitors) in the 15th Annual Event hosted in Arlington, Texas. Roger led the charge with smoked ribs and sausage, assisted by Matt, Shannon and Tony as assistant cooks-on-hand. The day’s events culminated in a buffet dinner with judging of the day’s cuisine, as well as family friendly activities and a costume contest. Great job to Mbroh’s participants and all the event’s attendees, and a big thanks to NTX WEAT for hosting this fun event!
