Sam has over 28 years of experience in construction management and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas. Sam’s expertise has been vital, particularly for the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD). His attention to detail and deep knowledge of engineering design and construction management have been crucial to our success. Congratulations on 15 years of remarkable achievements!
