TXDOT Cohort Session Emphasizes DRIVE Program Standards
Corey Rosenthal, Mbroh’s Construction Management & Inspection Group Manager, attended the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Cohort session in San Antonio on Tuesday, April 7 in a continued effort to learn as a mentee through the company’s Diverse Relationships for Informative Value Exchange (DRIVE) Program.
The DRIVE Program matches TxDOT established engineering firms with mentee firms and Small/Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (S/W/D/BEs) in order to guide them through the process of attaining future TxDOT work. Mbroh is a part of the 2024-2026 program as a mentee to Ardurra.
The cohort session in San Antonio emphasized TXDOT’s standards for firms in the program, including information on what to expect going forward into 2026. The session is an important reminder as a program mentee on continuing expectations for firm performance.
We look forward to more learning opportunities within the program as we continue to grow in the field of transportation and traffic engineering.
