His focus on logistics, procurement, and materials management, along with his experience managing diverse teams and complex projects, bolsters his ability to lead Mbroh’s inspection effectively across Texas. His excellent written and oral communication skills are invaluable, and his extensive Enterprise Resource Planning knowledge, including Oracle and SAP platforms, makes him an asset to the team. Josh Roach is celebrating two years at Mbroh. He initially started as a Senior Electrical Designer and recently transitioned to Mbroh’s Project Delivery Specialist. He has more than 16 years of electrical experience in heavy industry with 12 years spent in the water and wastewater industry, operating in power plant high power systems. Josh’s strong background in controls and extensive knowledge of SCADA systems are bolstered by his ability to perform real-time trouble shooting. Josh is a member of our Dallas engineering team, and he was awarded Outstanding Team Member in December 2024 for his tireless contributions to engineering efficiencies and client service. Congrats, Josh!
Junior Controls Specialist Jyron Russell celebrates his first year at Mbroh. His engineering experience includes PLC development, SCADA operation, control testing and startup, lift station checks, and electrical drawings. In addition to his experience, Jyron is skilled in Bluebeam Revu 20, project management, quantitative analysis, financial management and program facilitation. Happy anniversary, Jyron!
