Mbroh Welcomes Two New Field Inspectors for the City of Houston

Mbroh is proud to welcome three new field inspectors for the City of Houston to our ranks as the company continues to expand in the construction management and inspection (CM&I) world.

Paul Guidry has 20 years of experience working in Houston with skills spanning multiple relevant areas, including public works, field and project inspection, heavy equipment operation and utilities. Mr. Guidry’s focus involves inspection of sewer system capacity resilience solutions, collection basin GIS, sanitary sewer evaluation surveys and data collection. He has his Class B CDL and extensive experience operating large vehicles, forklifts and more. He is skilled in the use of industry tools such as scanners, gauges, computers, probes, valve keys and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping. In his free time, Paul enjoys fishing with co-workers, friends and family; reading comic books; exercising; walking and cooking.

Alfonzsa Jackson has 15 years of experience across the fields of construction inspection, project management support, aerospace maintenance and security operations. He specializes in ensuring contractor compliance on major municipal sewer infrastructure projects with an extensive history of work with the City of Houston. Mr. Jackson’s strengths include in-field documentation, technical analysis and interdepartmental coordination. In his free time, Alfonzsa enjoys learning about new and emerging technologies and volunteering with organizations that focus on urban renewal and beautification, mental health and financial literacy.
