Midlothian Balancing Reservoir (MBR) consisted of four 100 MG earthen embankment reservoir cells located along the 350 MGD raw water transmission pipeline system. Mbroh was responsible for providing electrical design associated with lighting for control building, microwave communications tower, helipad and access gates to the site. The design also included remote monitoring of basic instrumentation, including piezometers, high water level and SCADA design coordination.
