TxDOT Workshop Benefits Mbroh as a Certified M/DBE

Mbroh’s QA/QC Manager Corey Rosenthal attended the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Cooperative Inclusion Plan (CIP) Workshop on May 29, an opportunity to learn about heavy highway construction opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The workshop connected DFW highway transportation providers and contractors associations to network and learn more about TxDOT projects. The CIP was developed to provide a consolidated structure for area disadvantaged, minority, women, small business and historically underutilized businesses to take advantage of contracting opportunities within the department.

Featured speakers from Durable Specialties, Inc., Eurovia Atlantic Coast, LLC and Ferrovial Construction US Corporation, all of which are construction firms within the DFW area.

As a mentee in the TxDOT Diverse Relationships for Informative Value Exchange (DRIVE) program, Mbroh continues to seek opportunities to learn and grow as a certified MBE/DBE.
