Mbroh was responsible for executing the complete Northeast 23rd Street Enhancement and Resurfacing project, covering a distance of approximately 1.5 miles. This included engineering services for pedestrian safety improvements, ADA-compliant paths and amenities, intersection enhancements, lighting, signals, and resurfacing from Kelley Avenue moving east to Miramar Boulevard.
